(Asia-Americas) PPE Delivered Under Ex-works Terms

Breakbulk handler H-Cargo has transported an urgent shipment of almost 3 million surgical masks from Vietnam to the U.S. and Canada.

The cargo was transported by air and sea and included nearly 2.72 million pieces of personal protective equipment. The project was completed under ex works terms and H-Cargo coordinated closely with the manufacturer, airport and customs.

“Due to Covid-19, many flights are faced with the situation of offloading at the hub, so the challenge was to decide the airline with routing and transit time that could meet the shipment’s time requirement,” a spokesperson for the firm said.

Based in Vietnam, H-Cargo is a member of the XL Projects network, a breakbulk association representing independent project forwarding and chartering companies worldwide.
